  • HCM / Financials / Talent Management software application.

  • Conduct weekly HCM and Financials software training for new and existing customers. Training Courses include: ​Advanced HCM, HCM Fundamentals, HCM Transactions, Onboarding, Financials Fundamentals, Workday Core Concepts

  • Train sales professionals how to research and prepare for sales calls, uncover customers’ explicit needs, and effectively offer appropriate products and/or value-added services to active and prospective businesses.

  • Developed and conducted a 9 hour Business to Business Sales training course for the University of Northern Reno and Fastenal focused on educating the Graduate and Undergraduate students looking to advance their career development in a professional sales environment.
